On an overhaul where expectations for AI were running ahead of everything else, we stepped in from the front line as the FDE and worked through "what to decide first" together
Where the conversation started
Each department wanted something different. They wanted to use AI, but the questions of operations, permissions, auditing, and migration were unresolved—leaving them unable to move on either an RFP or a requirements definition.

Stepping onto the front line as the FDE, we first made visible the key questions, the non-functional requirements, the technical feasibility, a ballpark estimate, and the criteria for comparing vendors—creating a state where requirements definition and implementation could begin without hesitation.
