Are you looking not for someone who "just provides resources,"
but for "a partner who can think through the proposal with you"?
but for "a partner who can think through the proposal with you"?
Backed by our collaboration with the SHIFT Group, our standing as a Fujitsu Group Core Partner / Red Hat Business Partner / Google Cloud Service Partner, and our business alliance with HEARTBEATS, we propose collaboration that connects from proposal through development to operations.
From co-creating technical proposals, to organizing projects with ambiguous requirements, to dividing roles all the way through SRE and monitoring, our strength is being able to talk from the upstream.

Why companies choose SYSTEMI
Not "a company that fills headcount," but "a company that moves the proposal forward with you"
We can join while requirements are still ambiguous
"A client came to us about a system, but we can't write the requirements"—few partners can step straight into this phase. We can join the technical organization and proposal design even before the RFP takes shape.
We make technical decisions together with you
Engineers with hands-on implementation experience think alongside you about "which tech stack fits these requirements" and "what the risks of this architecture are." We don't just "build what we're told"—we start from the "Why."
Fast at organizing the early proposal stage
Using our in-house AI adoption and proposal know-how, we can rapidly iterate on issue organization, structural drafts, and similar-case research. It's a setup that fits even projects with "short lead times to proposal."
We can take on everything through SRE and operations
With a structure that includes the REALGLOBE Automated Division, we can collaborate across DevOps, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure design, and monitoring operations, all connected.
Collaboration Styles
Three collaboration patterns
🔥 Most common pattern
STYLE 01
Co-creating technical proposals
We design technical proposals for projects with ambiguous requirements together with you. For projects where you "can't draw the technical picture" or "don't know what to propose to make it land," we join from the upstream phase.
A typical flow:
① Share the project overview → ② Discuss the technical direction (Slack/meetings) → ③ Co-create the technical part of the proposal → ④ Handle development after winning the deal

STYLE 02
A home for fuzzy projects
If you refer projects where "the client says they want a system but there are no requirements," we'll take on everything from requirements organization to conception. You keep the client relationship while we handle the technical side.
Well-suited projects:
Cases where the client can't write an RFP or doesn't know what to order. Projects that other SIers have turned down are also welcome.

STYLE 03
Development resources with technical judgment
We can also provide development resources. As needed, we bring members who can also join technical decisions and design discussions. Rather than mere headcount filling, we emphasize building a team that can act with a genuine understanding of the project.
Note:
We may find it difficult to take on requests for pure resource supplementation only. We give priority to projects where we can be technically involved.

About the engineers who join
Understand in advance "what kind of engineer will come"
Engineers who start from the "Why"
We provide members who don't just "build" from handed-down technical specs, but can question "why this architecture." They can take part in discussions during the upstream phase.
Able to propose and implement with AI as a premise
We rapidly iterate on proposal organization and first drafts of designs, while keeping the premise that people hold ultimate responsibility for quality. We bring a perspective not just on adopting AI, but on using it fully in the field.
We value documentation and handover
We have a culture that avoids "no one knows anything once that engineer leaves." We document, comment, and articulate designs as a standard practice.

Frequently Asked Questions
Questions we often receive from partner companies
Q. Could you tell us about your rates and cost levels?
It varies depending on the content, phase, and required skill set of the project. If you first tell us what kind of project it is, we can share a rough estimate. The rate band differs between "joining from upstream design" and "development resources only."
Q. What contract types are available?
We can accommodate both quasi-mandate and contract-for-work arrangements. If you consult with us according to the nature of the project, we'll propose an appropriate form. We can also prepare a formal master agreement and NDA.
Q. May we mention SYSTEMI's name to the end client?
Depending on your situation, you can consult with us about forms that account for your client relationship, such as "joining as engineers from the REALGLOBE Automated Division" or "collaborating as SYSTEMI."
Q. We're not sure we can refer projects continuously—may we still consult with you?
Of course. We welcome inquiries at the stage of "I'd like to talk in advance, in case a project like this comes up." A common way to start is to set up a Slack channel so you can reach us right away when a project arises.
HOW IT WORKS
How to start a partnership
1
Start with a conversation (no project needed)
We welcome a message even at the stage of "I'd like to consult when a project like this comes up." We'll hear about your project trends and client base, and explain how we can collaborate. A 30-minute online meeting is the first step.
2
Set up a Slack channel
For ongoing collaboration, we set up a dedicated Slack channel. We build a setup so you can consult with us right away when a project arises. After signing an NDA, we connect the points of contact on each side.
3
Try it out with one project
A formal alliance agreement is not required. A common approach is to start by consulting with us on one project, then deepen the relationship as you build a track record.
4
Toward ongoing collaboration
Once a track record is built, we'll propose concluding a master agreement or partner accord. Ongoing project referrals, sharing of technical information, and joint sales are also possible.
