New Digital Service Development
Turn your business hypothesis into a product.
Zero-to-one for new ventures. One team carries you all the way through, from user research to product strategy, MVP design, and production launch.
Process
01
Business hypothesis & user research
02
Product strategy & MVP design
03
MVP development & user validation
04
Production launch & growth
If this sounds like you
Moving past "We have the idea, but we can't get it built"
PAIN 01
You have a business hypothesis, but you don't know who should build it
You know the buzzwords—agile development, MVP, PMF—but you haven't been able to put together a development setup that actually fits your company.
PAIN 02
You hired a contract dev shop, they built exactly what was specced, but the business didn't grow
PAIN 03
You can't find a partner who will stay with you all the way to PMF
Whether you're at the idea stage or the PoC stage, we're happy to talk.
Let's talk first →
The SYSTEMI approach
Building products that actually grow as a business
Instead of just "building what we're told" as a contractor, we sharpen the business hypothesis with you and design the fastest path to validating it.
01
Business hypothesis & user research
Whose problem are you solving, and what is that problem? We bring the hypothesis into sharp focus through competitive analysis and user interviews.
Output
Personas / job stories / competitive map / hypothesis validation plan
Output
Product strategy doc / MVP scope / KPI tree / value hypothesis
02
Product strategy & MVP design
We design the smallest thing to build and the most to learn from it—covering feature prioritization, KPI design, and the link to your business model.
03
MVP development & user validation
We choose a stack that maximizes validation speed—Next.js, serverless, and the like—and build it so you can start gathering user feedback the moment it ships.
Output
MVP app / measurement layer / feedback loop / improvement backlog
Output / What happens next
Production architecture / growth metrics / operations structure / scaling plan
04
Production launch & growth
Once PMF comes into view, we move to production-grade quality. The same team designs for scalability, SRE, and team expansion.
How we're different
Can one team carry you from business hypothesis all the way to PMF?
We're neither a contract dev shop nor an in-house coach—we come in as the partner that bridges business hypothesis and implementation.
| Contract dev shops | Freelance engineers | New-venture consultants | SYSTEMI | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Involvement in hypothesis validation | △ Only after specs are fixed | △ Depends on assigned tasks | ○ Strategy-focused | ○ Alongside you from the hypothesis stage |
| Does it cover implementation? | ○ | ○ | × Strategy only | ○ End to end, from strategy to build |
| Scaling support after PMF | △ Often a separate contract | △ Depends on the setup | × Handed off to another team | ○ Continues with the same team |
| AI as a starting assumption | △ Project-dependent | △ Project-dependent | △ | ○ Designed with AI built in from the start |
AI × New Development
Validate hypotheses 10x faster with AI
Market & competitive research
Claude automatically analyzes competing products, structures user-interview findings, and generates hypotheses. We use AI to compress the "pre-processing" that comes before humans even start thinking.
Faster prototyping
Claude Code accelerates MVP development. Since you can build and compare two or three options on the same budget, the cost of building options you'll discard drops sharply.
User behavior analysis
We use LLMs to analyze logs, inquiries, and social-media reactions across the board, helping you refine your hypotheses on the way to PMF.

Building G-gen's cloud management SaaS at in-house speed, from core features to production
Challenge
They needed the design and collaboration to drive an early-stage product at the pace of an in-house team.
Result
After the MVP launch, we kept shipping feature expansions and sharpened the product's core direction together.
MODEL CASE
FDE in Action
A new-venture project "stuck at PoC" gets frontline support, from sharpening the hypothesis to MVP design
Where it started
They had built a PoC in-house, but it had stalled with no clear path to production.
What we worked through
On the front line: re-segmenting users → narrowing the MVP scope → designing the measurement loop.

DELIVERABLES
What our frontline deliverables look like
Examples of how the documents we actually hand over are structured. We put them together as decision-ready material you can carry straight into the next phase.

PersonasA breakdown of target users' roles, the work they're trying to do, and the alternatives they use today
Job stories"In what situation, what do they want to achieve"—described scenario by scenario
MVP scopeClear lines between Must have / Nice to have / Out of scope

Measurement
* At the MVP stage, a serverless setup that prioritizes validation speed; re-architected to production quality after PMF.
* The measurement layer is built in from day one, collecting behavioral data the moment you launch.

Frequently asked questions
Common questions about new digital service development
Can we talk even if we're only at the idea stage?
Absolutely—we welcome conversations from the concept stage. In the first few weeks we'll deliver a sharpened business hypothesis, market research, and a draft MVP scope, giving you the material to decide whether to move into development.
How is this different from contract development?
Contract development is an agreement to build a fixed spec; we stay with you until you have a product that grows as a business. We assume the spec will change and build a setup optimized for the hypothesis-validation loop.
How long does it take to build an MVP?
It depends on scope, but two to three months to the first release is a useful benchmark. We define up front what the MVP is meant to teach us, then take the shortest path to get there.
Will you also handle scaling after PMF?
Yes. At the MVP stage we prioritize validation speed; after PMF we switch to production quality, scalability, and operations design—all continued by the same team.
